Milwaukee, WI – Foxconn Technology Group (Foxconn) announced today it has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design / Build firms to provide design services to modernize and enhance Foxconn Place Chippewa Valley at Haymarket Landing on 200 & 210 Eau Claire St., and 4 South Barstow in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Foxconn is looking for a firm that can develop a state-of-the-art co-working space that reflects the innovative and cutting-edge technologies that the company’s transformational Wisconn Valley project and AI 8K+5G ecosystem will inspire and enable.

Foxconn Place Chippewa Valley will connect West Central Wisconsin to the Wisconn Valley Science and Technology Park in Mount Pleasant, allowing businesses, talent and academia in this region to be a part of this transformational project.”

Dr. Yeung added, “Establishing Foxconn Place Chippewa Valley and our request for ideas and design proposals to update and enhance this office are in line with our continued efforts to contribute to an attractive and vibrant environment for talent, innovation, business and the local community. We hope to do our part to inject new energy that will support the ongoing development of the downtown area through the addition of employees at Foxconn Place Chippewa Valley and the partners, suppliers and other tech companies that will be drawn to this new regional technology hub.”

As part of Foxconn’s “Wisconsin First” approach, Design / Build firms with strong track records in Wisconsin will be given preference in the RFP process. The RFP on Foxconn Place Chippewa Valley focuses on providing design and build services that include:
